Sequel to the outbreak of the dreaded Corona Virus pandemic in Nigeria, the National Youth Leader of The Apostolic Church Nigeria has charged the youths of the church to remain steadfast and resolute in their faith.

In a brief media chat with our correspondent, the respected legal luminary cum clergy, reiterated that God’s love is timeless, boundless and unconditional, hence, the need for Apostolic youth to trust God absolutely.

While noting that the attendant effect of the dreaded Covid 19 has rendered many homes hopeless, brought fear and panic, ravaged the world economy, with more than 13,000 deaths, and still counting; Apostle Inyang underscored that God is still faithful to His beloved irrespective of this perilous time. He emphasized that God will see His people through this troubled waters victoriously.

However, he equally advised the youths to observe the prescribed WHO guidelines for the safety and well-being of the global citizens vis a vis; 1 meter social distancing, regular washing of hands thoroughly, using alcohol-based hand sanitizers, infra-ray thermometers, avoiding of the traditional handshakes, etc. He also urged faithfuls to adhere to the Stay-at-home order of the government without loosing faith in God’s power to deliver and protect them.

While drawing inspiration from the book of Psalms chapter 91, he prayed God to bless and keep all the youths, and indeed the church of God safe.
May God heal our Land in Jesus’ name, Amen!
